how to get unlock key

it says 1.-Install Appl
2.-Open Appl & select register
3.-In Opening window you will see your serial number
4.-Make a division with your serial number & number 15
5.-Make an adition with quotient & number 171103 & you get your Unlock Key

i need help to unlock it as it works great
