well i downloaded the direct x 9 plug in but i'm still getting errors when i run t can someone help me

This plays (what is supposed to be) the last and one of the best games for the PS2 VERY nicely indeed, Persona 4.

If you have a fast dual/quad cpu and a half decent graphics card, give it a go.

The password is (without the quotes!) 'pcsx2.096'

Once you have installed pcsx2, dump the contents of the rar file into the bios folder and away you go.
