Please help me to unlock motorola A3100 and other question how can change my windows mobile to english

you cannot unlock it.
about changing to english... you have to change your rom. go to xda developers site and you will find more there :p

ARE YOU SURE ??? this is english rom ??? i think there is no any english rom

I don't know. just found those links on xda i think. but i'm sure it's english. i think it worth a try

I unlock Motorola A3100 With IMEI service with 25$.
