excel on web

hi everybody i am a novice in web site development.
can someone help me cause i would like to create a web site containing excel sheet or more particularly excel functions and calculations.
i tried saving my excel sheet in html format but this gives an un wanted result it just insert a small sheet in a web page.what i would like to do is to create an attractive table and insert the formulas and excel functions in it.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?
