I wouldn't say freehostia. I'd recommend something such as [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. x10hosting gives you cPanel 11+ but sometimes the server comes down more often than other free hosting as it hosts too many members on their cPanel servers. cPanel really attracts a lot of members.

Try it out, I'd recommend it. I'm currently not using it however.

IMO there are thousands of such free host, you cannot predict they would be offering you same kind of service and support[uptime] in future too. Most of them try have a great start but fail to survive at the end.
