i used 110mb for my personal test. i see that 110mb is better free host that i never see. but i has a bad idea for upload data rate 6mb/file. if file size bigger than host upload i can't upload i must be use another file host like rapideshare, megaupload, uploading... etc.
but those file host more difference download for unregister user.

I guess free Mysql can be slow, but also depending on what you are storing in your database... if it is passwords and usernames, customer information, email addresses I guess a security concern. But its up to you.
