Consoles sales in Japan from the 9 to the 15 of April
Nintendo DS and Wii are leaders, increasing their sales.
Average Create has published the data of console sales in Japan corresponding to the week from the 9 to the 15 of April.
Nintendo DS has been leader one more week, increasing its sales with respect to the registries of the week last in approximately 20,000 units. Wii, second sold console more, has also experienced a similar increase, surpassing this week 75,000 sold consoles.
The consoles of Sony are located behind, with the portable PSP at the top, although this one has seen its sales restrained slightly. On the other hand, PlayStation 2 is located in front of its successor, PlayStation 3, although the two have also seen reduced their sales with respect to the registries of the previous week. PS3 already takes accumulated from their launching 837,849 consoles in Japan.
The tendency in the slope of console sales also stays in Xbox 360, that follows without surpassing the 3,000 weekly units
