The battle is still existing between the two manifacturers : Sony and Nintendo to win the price of the best portable in themarket ; lastly the Nintendo DS seem to have some advantage from it competitor ..

1. Original and Different Way of Playing Games.
2. Bright Screen - I Would Say Even Brighter Than the PSP.
3. All Your Favorite Old School Titles Will Be or Are There.

Good Things About the PlayStation Portable

1. It Can Act as a Portable Media Machine as Well with Photos, Music and Videos.
2. More Functionality With Homebrew and Custom Firmwares.
3. A Different Game Libary - Good Games There Too.

in your opinion Which is better? As you can see both have their good points, . If you want fun and different I would pick a Nintendo DS Lite. If you want a media manager and good looking games - go with the PlayStation Portable.???

FIGHTING the corner for NINTENDO ...


The NINTENDO DS using MOONSHELL can also play VIDEOS in DPG format and view jpg pictures and play MP3's

with a library of 960 and still counting games with the cool functionality of the stylus and touch screen its a pretty cool system

... much cheaper too

also recently there are now WEB BROWSERS available for it OPERA the commercial version and a new homebrew one included with the latest DS organise you can surf via WIFI

there are loads of good wifi games out there for DS such as the famous MARIO KART and recently DIDDY KONG RACING ... and the soon to be released POKEMON DIAMOND and PEARL (usa/english versions) with WIFI and WIFI CHAT built in

other good features of DS ..you have the ability to play multi player with just one copy of some great games, By using DOWNLOAD PLAY you can transfer a chunk of game code to upto 4 or more ds consoles and play with friends via DS to DS wifi connections without them owning the actual game cart

You can also use CUSTOM firmwares with the DS for HOMEBREW ability and DS game/application DEVELOPMENT using development home brew carts etc

yes the PSP has fancy graphics for games .. but so does DS play some of the RPG games and driving games on it and you will see it has its own IMPRESSIVE graphics capabilitys

im in the corner of the psp, the nintendo ds has many specialities for fun gaming,
but i think the psp has done a great job for portable gaming, but
as a lot of people had said it the ds is much cheaper.
if youve got a psp then downgrade it like drunken ninja had posted,
and downlo4d games to the psp and then you will notice the difference.
and as spiral said the homebrew which allows you to play classic and
some of the best games ever out.

I like Sony PSP.

EDIT: I don't like DS' pen.

i still choose psp.. the scrren was wide.. watching movies will be no problem
