OGG file format for UIQ3 phones media player...
Used for playing OGG media [type of music file]
Just instal the *.sis file...and enjoy the music

For me it wasn't... OGG is very complex to convert to MP3 or audio, so I like it this way

Technical things differs OGG from MP3 actually...
If you really want to know...MP3 can't go under 16HZ(frequency border of human hearing) as OGG can go way bellow(which results in better quality of "hearable" frequencies). At low bit-rates(128-160) OGG shows far better quality, OGG have VBR etc.
