how to get rid of one of the two icons?

see the status bar with two radio icons, i dont remember after what modding i got this??? pls suggest some way so that only one radio icon remains

Hi, I experience the same way. I just finished moding Walkman 3 and the radio icons became like that too.
But I still don't know how to get rid one of it.
