Learn How to Hide Folders in your P990i Fast and Easy! - by kristianastignacute

In this mod I will teach you how to hide your folder and files in your P990i! I tested it myself and is working great!

You will need two software:

SWISS MGR PRO
ADVANCE DEVICE LOCKS (optional for added security)

Just follow the series of steps below

You need to have this changes in the settings of your SWISS PRO for this mod to work:

STEP 1

Find and Choose the Folder you want to Hide:

ok, here i chose the sub-folder PRIVATE under the main folder PICTURES.

STEP 2

a) Go to SWISS MGR PRO and tap the main tab FILE
b) Now select which drive the chosen folder is located.

The window should look like this

STEP 3

After choosing the drive, you should see a set of folders. Now locate the folder you wish to hide but don't open it!

STEP 4

Click the INFORMATION BUTTON. information button is the one that is boxed below:

STEP 5

A new tab should open, now click the Attributes button like the one encircled below:

STEP 6

a) Notice that the option boxes has no check marks. Tap every option box to put checkmarks in it as shown in the screenshot. Yes I mean ALL boxes!
b) Then click DONE

Dont worry if you still see the FOLDER in the SWISS MGR PRO

STEP 7

Let's check if you did it right! Locate the Folder if you can.. LOL

STEP 8

What if you want to view the folder again? Don't worry just revert all the changes you made with SWISS PRO and presto! your folder is back! Checking those option boxes at STEP 6 is the trick!

Now what will you do with the ADVANCED DEVICE LOCKS?

you may choose SWISS MANAGER PRO as one of the protected applications, so no one can access it except you!

this is better than locking a single file with bestcrypto.. this won't take much time to lock and unlock! Enjoy!
