i need pro help
ok this is the problem. i dont know why my pc suddenly crashes and restarts by itself...the next thing its desktop backbround becomes a a webpage and says to recover your desktop...
then suddenly explorer crashes..and the taskbar is gone...and it keeps the process all over again....help??

might be a trojan... well you might need to try running an antivirus programe in safe mode on your computer... (well format your computer is an option but wait and see if there are others who have some better answers...)

yeah i formatted it..installed windows XP sp2 not genuine...and updated to SP3 genuine...hehheeno better answer in this case.............format!
