Hey friends, I'm very confuse now. My girlfriend missed her period. It has been 4 days since she missed it. But she still experience cramps. Could she be pregnant? We didn't have sex but we tend to get quite close to each other and heavy petting.

its quite ok to have have missed periods. if she expected to have her period but didnt on a specific date add 3-5 days and find out if she had her period. its part of a normal cycle. but if after that said grace period and still she hasnt her period, better consult a pregnancy test.

Yep, I agree with Cosycat. Get a test just to be sure. Better safe than sorry.
Also the likely hood of pregnancy without actual penetration is quite slim, but it has been known to happen.
