[All credits to fca00000 and Leftup, remaining to me..lol !]
Sign and Install Unsigned Applications Without a PC[fca00000, Leftup and Me]

Last night I did a hard reset of my hacked n73 ME (v4.0736.3.2.1) and experimented a little...

    Hope it's not a repost..!
    If it is...Trash it PLEASE.

Download the zip archieve that I have attached and extract its contents on the memory card in a specific folder, say "Noeman". The zip contains following files :

    • 1. authentication file "00000001" for both the "OPDA" and "BiNPDA" root certificates.
      2. bip.cer
      3. bip.key
      4. gensign.cer
      5. gensign.key
      6. HelloCarbide.sisx
      7. rompatcher.sisx
      8. SignSis.sisx
      9. X-plore.v1.22.KeyGen.sisx
      10. X-plore_S60_3rd.sisx

    Do As Directed:

1.Restart your phone and exit all applications that might launch themselves due to reboot. [Music player , Total Recall and Other such]

2.Install "X-plore_S60_3rd.sisx" and register it using the keygen.

    3.Install "SignSis.sisx" and "HelloCarbide.sisx" [Don't open it yet.]

4.Open "X-plore". Press "0" and tick the first four boxes. Press back. Leave it OPEN. [Don't Exit from it]

    5.Open "HelloCarbide". Select "Options" >> "Menu1".

6.You will see this message on the screen : "Done...Probably." Select "Yes". [Thanks to fca00000 of SF.See the screenshot.]

    7. Switch to X-plore ( which is still running in background ).

8.Go to the "Noeman" folder ( or where you have extracted the contents of the attached zip file ) and copy the authentication file "00000001" according to the following path :

    C:\RESOURCE\swicertstore\dat\00000001

Create those directories which don't already exist.[See the screenshot]

9.Press "6" and change the attribute of the file "00000001" to "Read-only" by ticking the second box and pressing "change".[See the third screenshot.]

    10.NOW "Exit" from X-plore.

    11.Restart your phone.

    12. Congratulations..! Now, you have your own authentication system installed on your phone.

13.Now Open "Mobile Signer" and select the "unsigned sis file", the "gensign.key" file and "gensign.cer" file by pressing "OK" i.e. the center of joystick and press "Options" >> "Sign". Your unsigned applications wil now be signed with OPDA root certificate.[Thanks to Leftup@OPDA. See the screenshot.]

If you want to sign your unsigned files with BiNPDA root certificate, use the "bip.cer" and "bip.key" files with the mobile signer.(instead of "gensign.cer" and "gensign.key" files")

    14. You will find the "signed sisx file" in the same directory as the source file. You can install it now.

15.You can also try "SelfSign" option if "Sign"option doesn't work out for you.

    Note

    1. You may not be able to sign some applications which require special access
2..Any suggestions regarding modifications in this method are welcome.
    3. Python not needed.

    Validity

1.The OPDA root certificate is valid from 02/03/2008 and valid until 02/03/2028.

2.The BiNPDA root certificate is valid from 11/05/2008 and valid until 09/05/2028.

    3. That means you can sign your applications for almost 20 years using your mobile.

    Tested Successfully On

    • 1.N73 ME v4.0736.3.2.1
      2.N73 ME v4.0812.4.2.1.U01
      3.E50 v07.36.0.0
      4.E61i v2.0633.65.01
      5.N95 8gb v20.0.016
      6.N82 v20.0.062

    Caution

1.The files included in the zip archive have been tested time and again. Do not use any other files.Especially any other mobile signer will not work with the .cer and .key files provided by me.

2.Many other forums are distributing .cer and .key files for free. But for this, they ask you IMEI. Do not disclose the IMEI in public. Also remember that the .cer and .key files obtained through such forums will not work in my method.

    Hack your phone my way...!

After the completion of step 11 in the above procedure, the temporary perms hack generated by HellowCarbide is vanished due to reboot and your phone is as normal as before.

Now, if you wish to hack your phone again at will, you need to install "rompatcher.sisx" and then use the option "Disable caps" after which you will be able to browse C:\SYS\ and C:\PRIVATE folders. To restore to normal , simply use the option "Enable caps" in rompatcher.

For more details, PLEASE visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] thread.

    Don't want to Sign Apps?

If you wish to install unsigned apps directly without signing, then use the option "Disable caps" in rompatcher and then transfer the file "installserver.exe" to C:\SYS\BIN. That's it. You may "Enable caps" thereafter.

    {To get the appropriate "installserver.exe" file for your phone, PLEASE visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] thread.}

    Now You Can

1.Sign and Install Unsigned Applications with OPDA or BiNPDA root certificates.

2.Hack your phone at will by using rompatcher.

3.If you wish, you can directly install unsigned applications without signing , thanks to "installserver.exe".

    4. And all of this without a pc.

    What's the Difference ?

We have not used "CProfDriver_SISX.Idd" AND "CapsON/OFF".
This makes my method different from "Alternate On-Phone Hack by fca00000".

Nope...you lost ...it took me 5 hours to post , 8 hours of repeated experiments on my n73 and 5 minutes of confirmation on my friend's never-before-hacked n73 ME.[THANKS TO HIM FOR ALLOWING ME TO PERFORM THIS EXPERIMENT.]

@All Testers, instead of posting thanks, please mention the phone model and its firmware version on which you tried to do this and also mention whether it worked for you or not.Thank you for testing..!
