I have been on Gamelofts site and it says that you cannot transfer games to your pc or send them to someone else as the game wont work :D

i run a mobile site and have had quite a few that have mobile downloads on them,
a while back i received an official email from gameloft requesting that all their games that were on my site be removed,or they would take legal action.i was a bit reluctant to remove them and simply replied that although i was an admin i couldnt control nor watch every single thing my members do.i apologised then shut the site off to any outsiders and shared the files again lol
the reason people dont want gameloft is because they are very hot on the trail of people who share their files.
dont know where youve heard about the games not working if you share them thats total rubbish.they work as they would if you had brought them yourself.

since i had a run in with gameloft my site has grown huge..so now i have a secret section that they cant see lol with all the gameloft games inside..
