How do we get hold of the Device ID from TOM TOM?

When you start TomTom it will ask you to activate the maps and it will automatically come up with your Device ID.

It doesnt mate, when i click TOMTOM, i come to the language section, i click on "English UK"

The it says "Welcome! Before you start navigating, you need to set some preferences..."
i click continue

I get the question " How should distance be displayed"
2 choices "Miles" "Kilometres"

I then come to the times section

and after that the "Select the Voice"
and when i click Select, app closes


I dont come accross the Device ID
