nanonavi is an application that brings your family, social networks and belongs together. It can mash up all the relevant profile information of family and friends from your major social networks and to map to locations using GPS and/or aGPS embedded in your phone. You can stay connected to those you care about with a whole new layer of information to share and receive, including mapped locations, Geo-tagged photos or videos, and points of interest to show to friends across all major social networks so they can stay in contact via maps or satellite images.
This app uses GPS but it's not a nav soft so I put it in this section
