Here are a unique JAVA program (application) for mobile phones and handheld computers -'QSM' (QuitSmokingMobile).
This application puts you in control of your smoking habit, helping you to quit smoking gradually.

Instruction :

QuitSmokingMobile program is divided in two parts :
Stage 1 (2-4 days):
Register you into program by filling all required fields. In this stage you will smoke at your normal rate and use the QuitSmokingMobile app smoke button to record every cigarette you smoke. QuitSmokingMobile uses this information to form your personal quit plan. After that you must send your collected data to our server, and after this - you are free to use the QSM2 - Stage II.

Stage 2 (14 to 34 days):
After payment (see methods to pay on our site) the Stage 2 will be activated for your use and you will able to download directly from the app your individual quitting plan.
In this stage QuitSmokingMobile app will help you follow your quit plan by prompting you when to smoke. Each day you smoke less and gradually reduce you nicotine dependence while preparing yourself to quit for good.
