NOTE: Not all devices support the default "best" method of recording the call without the beep tone, if you hear the beep, or the program only records a couple seconds of the call, please try using the "Good" and "Low" Sound Quality settings (3rd edition only)

1. Some older 2nd Edition devices may still have the beep present while recording, such as the Nokia 6600 & 7610.
2. Please install and test the application prior to purchase to verify compatability
3. Install to the internal device memory for optimum performance.
4. If you receive a certificate error when attempting to install the program on your S60 3rd Edition smartphone, it means that you haven't enabled installation of unsigned SIS files. Go to Tools -> App. Manager, choose Options -> Settings and set Software installation to All and Online certif. check to Off.
