You cannot install Android on a Nokia device(drivers and CPU problems).
You can wait for the belle update that should be rolled out in about a month. It will make the phone run smoother and the New UI Looks beautiful. Also, it will give you an Android-like look that you will definitely like

You cnt change the OS of your nokia.....

The things you can do is
    1) download application like V-home. or SPB Shell for customizing your home screen.
    2) Install a CFW on your nokia

I honestly do not know why you are telling him to install a CFW made for a Symbian^1 device on a Symbian^3 Anna device. It will just brick his phone, making it inoperable.
@mehta_archan: I recommend you to wait for an official Belle release or for a Nokia Belle CFW made for your device (Nokia 500). Please ignore djkang's message(at least the second advice he gave you)

If you wanted Android., you should have bought an android device. Don't dream or expect to get different OSs on different devices.., it's complete impossible, at least for the time being.

Now if you wanted that just for the look/UI purpose, there are numerous apps in Symbian that can help you to achieve that like SPB apps, mobile shell or 3D one.. but if you really wanted that for other phone functions, forget about it.
