    Default High speed video?

As i see the mods for changing the fps for video from 25fps to 30fps i was wondering if it is possible for the people who write those mods to add high speed video too?
    For example 100fps.

That way you can created very cool slow motion effects.

Maybe someone with knowledge about this can answer this...

When I take a video with a phone which is able to record at 25 fps, the real framerate is 24.9 or less, most of phones can't reach 25 fps so I think it's impossible to take high speed videos unless you have a very powerful phone. Nokia N95 for example is supposed to record at 30 fps but probably because the phone hasn't got enough speed, it cannot reach 29 fps.
