metallover can you help me fix my psp? i opened up pandora on my psp and selected on the first menu which says something about IPL, and after selecting it i cant use or play with my psp. the screen does'nt appear anymore. its just black. after a few minutes it turns off. when i switch on the power and press and hold the R button, the M33 Recovery menu appears. is there anyway i can turn back my psp the way it is before using this M33 recovery menu? please help me. i hope to hear from you soon. thanks

ok "kimrocks" it sounds like you turned your battery into a pandoras. to check this then take the battery out, plug in the charger and turn it on if it works normally then you can put ur battery back in and unplug it. but when you turn it off you have to do it again. tell me if it doesnt work still otherwise download UPMS and put it on ur psp. it should be and iso so place it in the iso folder. go into battery tools and with ur battery inserted go to make normal battery. that should do it otherwise your psp could be bricked. get back to me.

"Adam-008" yes you can downgrade it with a pandoras battery and magic memory stick. you can get guides to make them from scratch but its hard or you can buy one off ebay. yes you do need custom firmware. you need to download the POPSTATION.PRX place it in seplugins on the root of the mstick. there should be a txt document called VSH if not make one, go into it and write ms0:/seplugins/popsloader.prx
then providing you have custom firmware completely shut down the psp hold down R and turn it back on go into PLUGINS and enable the popsloader prx ther enjoy classic PS1 games. just put them inside the game folder. i use custom firmware 3.90 m33-3. its the best i reakon.
