Hi, I bought Sony PSP Slim & Lite last week and ....

1) I'm new with this stuff and i like to know what should I'll do to optimize & maintain it's use. Please give me brief guide and tips.

2) What is upgrading, downgrading, bricking, breaking etc. being applied to this gadget? What' the reason behind doing these things?

3) Is it advisable to get two (2) 4GB or just one (1) 8MB Memory sticks? (they said 8GB goes slow when near full).

upgrading your firmware that mean changing you PSP fimware from your old one to a Higher FW , exp from 3.55m33 to 3.71
Downgrading mean the revers ; exp from 3.71 to 3.55 .

Some firmwares and especially oldest one allow user to Play downloadable games .iso / .sco ...

I recomend you to use the 4GB card , Because the 8gb have many bugs and run slowly

So whenever i load a game, I'll have to check if this game will run on my level, otherwise, there will be a need for an upgrade or downgrade which is tedius to apply.
