Probably because of the risk that Gameloft sues noeman because of these games, but they can't access the masterzone directly, so they can't see if noeman have any Gameloft games... Thats what I think...
OH... BTW: I think you should remove your avatar, its not a proper picture in a forum, and no I don't get offended but it probably aren't funny in a wheelchair...
