I think you mean UNLOCK rather than UNBLOCK. Blocked phones will not make or receive calls due to being reported lost or stolen.
Unlocking a W200i will be expensive as it is a new generation DB2020 phone. these need to be unlocked professionally and usually cost around £20-30 from a shop or online. alternatively, try to contact Orange and ask them for an unlock code. I am sure they will charger you for this though. I hope that helps. adez28.
