here’s how you access the service menu of a p910i phone:

jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *

Then access the Service menu and answer Yes to do you want for format your internal disc.

Or
- Go Control Panel, Other, and Master Reset. that should get u going.

i dont have the control panel options.and when i do format it by choosing system reset its still the same.I need to know how to remove the code that was put on by the original buyer.
