My phone was screwed up by a shop when i came over from UK to NZ and they said they would unlock it but they loaded it with a "firmware?" which was CID:37 and COLOR:RED

When they did this messed it up and now it will switch off by itself and sometimes drop calls this can happen sometimes 3 times a day and its really started to annoy me so if anyone knows how to do a flashing on my Sony Ericsson K608i could they please guide me through this proccess.

P.S someone did a test on it and said it was a CID:37 Color BROWN K608i incase this helps

Hey mate, sorry to hear about that.

Your best bet is to use Wotan to flash it. It's quite simple to use. I just flashed my K800i with K800i Taiwan Casino Royale firmware with no problems

You mean you bought a/some credit(s) from Da Vinci? Yup Da Vinci works in basically the same way as Wotan, except I think Da Vinci is much more expensive for DB2020 phones (new phones with hardout security), such as my K800i. That's why i went with Wotan

You'll have to download Da Vinci's flashing software, which should be available from their official site, considering you've already paid for it.

Before you start flashing though, make sure you have a clear idea on which firmware and CDA you'd like your phone to be. Firmware is the basic overall operating system of your phone, so I'd suggest a generic firmware, and for the CDA, choose whichever language suits you. I chose Taiwan CDA cuz I occasionally have to send txts with traditional mandarin.

Okay i tried the davinci and the Total Multi Server clients and neither of them worked.
Total Multi Server did not detect my Mini USB cable and Davinci did not have any CID 37 Firmwares.I am completely lost here, Please help me RevoWution
