Default P1i background problem

ok, since the last thread was erased I'll write everything down again.
When I take a photo with my camera settings at their highest, the pictures come out ok but when I try setting them as backgrounds the colors look very bad. Usually it's the dark colors that mess up, a black shirt will look like alot of black and white squares. Especially in darker pictures or in a picture taking with the orangy efect, it look like it has a lot of dirt in the photo. Someone already suggested a program that could let me select a higher resolution pic for the background but it didnt want to install. Please any help will be appreciated. It didnt do that when I bought it, and my gf's P1i does it too.

it was me who posted the software im sorry to hear it didnt work. you should have pm me right away.have you tried to resize the pictures on your pc to 240x320 or 320x240 in photoshop and save as medium or low quality it will work. the phone is shrinking pictures to lowest size and obviously not doing it right. photoshop will make your pictures look great at around 30kb

Default Thanks

Thanks for the help, and actually I couldn't pm because my account was erased. And I tried changing the size of my pics with the editor in my phone and it worked great! My only question is, do I have to keep editing my pics every time? Or can an update fix this issue? Any ways, thanks alot!
