it recently bought a bluetooth headset and the guy who sale it help me connect it to the phone... then i acidently deleted the device at my phone and try to reconnect..it didnt detected the bluetooth headset even i put it beside the phone... any idea

usually these come with a pairing number make sure your device is fully charged up go to settings then bluetooth scroll down to my devices click the add device when prompted enter number should pair up sometimes is dosen't work first time up keep trying

winired i have done those thing.. this is the second time i was pairing with the phone.. means the first time i pair was easy.. but the second time comes, i cant even detect it.. i tot all bluetooth device default was 0000

not to sure then maybe you can take it back where you got it from could be that the thing is stuffed i bought a new optical drive it spun twice then died

ah... i just hope that seller wont do any service charge.. than ok

haha... one thing, my gf solve all the probs... she noes bluetooth better thn my.. how she connect, she just pressing the button while my phone detecting it.. brilliant
and she say all u nid is patience....i am such a loser after all

I have the WEP200 and the Moto H350...Had the same problem, but they both had to be paired the same!

Love the WEP200 though!
