Has anybody restored a FULL backup using the SE software?

I've only noticed after the frimware upgrade that not all 3rd part software was rstored successfully!

Also , my contacts list has not been fully restored, but rather an earlier backup of it has been restored. I 'lost' quite a bit of information....

make back up of your contacts from phone (contacts) and save on memory card and then transfer to your computer. then you can synchron. your p990i with comp. or you can transfer via memory card. think can help

My problem with the backup is that it always terminates unexpectedly with the error message that says phone is not responding (after the phone reboots)
