help with P990i

need help on y the icon for file transfer still appears on my cp even though my cp is not connected to my pc or laptop. and it still keeps on asking me if i want my phone on transfer mode or on phone mode. does dis mean that my cp has a virus?

have tried defaulting the phone mate?? restore default if that don't work download SUS and reflash with firmware (if youre on a old firmware time to upgrade) if you're on the latest reflash again... just make sure you follow all precautions. hope this helps...

update your firmware! and have you tried to reboot your phone? i mean turn it off and on again? definitely it's not a virus.. just a software malfunction. A computer virus won't affect your phone. At least when a virus is made to work with symbian phones.
