hi,, how is everyone ?

i have two Questions here hope you could help me out, thx in advance :
1- when i say i want to upgrade my phone software, it means i want to upgrade the frimwaire, right ?? ok, when i do *#0000#send i get this

wt does it mean ?
also i see the mobile sometimes slow, auto-restart.. etc i was thinkning about upgrading the software is there a newer Vr. ? also is making upgrade means format ? wt would i lose if i make upgrade ??
2- i sent some App.& games to the mobile and right it its in the inbox, yet i tried to send them to someone else, seems i cant,, why ?? also how can i copy the prog. that were in the mobile from before, like "best calc, task man,... etc" ??

sorry if i miss calculated the question no. :P i said two questions, but seems i ended with a dozen .. , anyway, plz i'll be waiting for anyhelp & thx again.
