As I can see, you have map files (gmapprom.img and gmapsupp.img) in wrong folder.
They should not be copied to or from your device upon startup (with settings files).
They all (gmapprom.img, gmapsupp.img and gmapsupp.unl) should be and stay on SD in \Garmin folder and program should find them there.

I cannot get this software unlocked

I have tried several different keys that have been generated by the fixed keygen ( jetmouse )

I name them sw.unl as i have done on my old n95 mobile but on my win ce 6.0 double din stereo it will not register . Everytime when i go to start up it goes to the 4 screen options . I press the bottom one where it asks to scan for a garmin gps unit , i then can go into settings and about and get the device id to use in the keygen but i cannot register this software

Any one able to offer any advice ?

My parents recently bought me a ALADDIN A68 GPS from China with Windows CE 6.0 pre-installed.
I want to install a GPS software that includes Canada/US maps, but I'm having trouble getting this to work.
I've tried artful and betahas's methods for Garmin XT 5.00.30, but both end up showing "Insert data card" in chinese when I ran the program.
I also tried catymag's method for version 5.00.20, but it just runs a portsplitter window for a brief moment and then it disappears and nothing loads.

Some of you might understand it is exactly what garmin.exe does. But in CE6 with any version of MortScript, it just fails at the first launch. The good news is that from then on (after launched que.exe in explorer), you can access SDMMC\GARMIN\RunGMXT\Garmin.exe to launch Garmin Mobile XT.

3. When you find an error "insert .... Garmin SD card", dont bother. delete the folder of "/garmin" in system partition, and empty 'sdmmc/garmin/garmin' + registry keys. You don't even need to format SDcard. After these, roll back to chap.2.

I've formatted my SD card before and tried again but it gave the same results. I am not sure where I would delete traces of garmin within the system partition and registry keys from Windows CE, but I did look through all the directory files and didn't find any remaining traces of garmin files.
What am I doing wrong here? Can anyone help me out?

GarminXT5.03.rar works ok with chinese gps with CE 6. Just a lil bit slow. Very easy to install. Just copy.

Hi,YOU ARE A GENIOUS! Your QUE.EXE VERSION its the only one which worked for my chinese gps, because of the ID 1111111111. My problem its i need to put the system in spanish and i coudnt, i try to look for the language files, but i coudnt find it. Have you got the modified que.exe for Garmin Mobile XT for Windows CE 5.00.20wp or 5.00.10 thanks!

i donnt know why, but none of this version works on my PaPaGo! 5890BT, i tried 4 difrent version and no one works. This GPS have a Win CE 6.0. When i try to open (from run gmxtrun) it's freeze. Thanks anyway...
