Hi Cat, i cannot seem to download the 5.00.20w. I am a new user to WM and i am using a HTC touch. Any other links for me to download the program?

both links work, retry please, hit regular download and wait till you see the download link or on free for RS

Thanks. i have tried both links. Both indicate that there are many users downloading. Maybe i will try to download again tomorrow. Btw, just to check, is 5.00.20 the latest version for WM devices? I am using a HTC Touch diamond. Please advise which is the best version to use.

I am having a problem, I have just install Garmin XT 5.00.20w on my Samsung Omnia, I has been activated but it seem like it can't connect to the GPS. It keeps prompting searching for satellites. What did I do wrong???

Make sure you are at an open area with open sky. It could be you are in a area where many buildings around you. This makes locking your position difficult as the buildings are blocking all the signals.
