Garmin Unlocker

hi DaveLFC,

pls forgive me, i read thru this post many times(i had also print out this thread). but, i still can't get the unlocked maps. i know i'm missing on something important. however, i still don't know what i'd left out. pls point out my mistake/s

so far, i'd extracted the rar files(i'd tried the msm ver2.3 gold installer) & put the them into the c:\garmin directory.i select the ALL(which i'd save in the mapsource directory, together w/ the unlock EXE file). no new files generated. pls help. thanks

When i try to put the file downloaded to rar-archive, it states file corrupted. i try to download the file again still d same. how to solve it ?

Do we really need to install mapsource first? Cannot just put the locked files and the rar-archive files in one same folder, and then run ALL.BAT?

I've just unlocked maps for my Garmin Streetpilot C550 easily.

you mean that I should put the files I extract using WinRAR to Garmin folder that is in my P.C.?

"And ALL your maps, installed in MapSource" You mean by that the maps that I have in Garmin folder like Middle East "gmapbmap.img" ?

Any help plz !!

can someone help me?

so when i put the sdcard in my kenwood unit the nav doesnt work..i cant press any buttons on the screen..once i take it out though it goes back to normal
