Doesn't work on my N95-1 with the latest v20 firmware. All I get is the splash screen and then it crashes out. The .40 version worked perfectly.
Installed the .40 version back.

1. Delete all folders in Garmin directory in SD Card, u can keep voices dir, map(s) and license files.
2. Copy the downloaded Garmin directory to ur SD Card.
3. Search the file GarminMobileXT.sis in Garmin directory. Install it.
If u don´t do "1", u will face problems with languajes.
could anyone upload it again but if possible on Rapidshare,can not get access to maxishare!thank you
Thanks for your sharing.
Can someone shows the changlog?
upgrade worked like a charm
update - so i tested out the new .60 version
changes that I have noticed:
there is a new start up screen - all black with the Garmin text in the middle vs the older .40 version which was blue.
the map redraws on the screen is much faster than on the new version.
you can indeed change your icon on the screen - very cool update!
so far - navigation seems the same - possibly a little bit slower. I notice when i'm on a route and i need to turn - I'm already about 20-25 m past the turn and on the screen my icon is still at the apex of the turn. The icon does quickly catch up, but if there is a series or many quick turns on your route - this could be a nuisance.
overall - worth upgrading from .40 up to .60
great post!! thanks
Thanks, lets see if i can get this working on my n81
So researching a little I found the file "gmsup2" in the folder "Garmin\Apps\Symbian\Res", the content shows:
[SYMBIAN]
LOCAL_VER=TAIWAN
SMS_GATEWAY=+886958509658
PAYMENT_URL=http://my.garmin.com.tw/purchase
REGISTRY_URL=http://my.garmin.com.tw/register
PANORAMIO_PHOTOS_SPRT=1
TRIAL_PERIOD=14
GPS_PHONE=2000060B,20002496,20002D7B,0x20002D84
I think that this is a trial version for taiwan with some tweaks to work in other languajes.
Regards.
