how to use CHina painless on Nokia N97?
I put these files on SD card, and it installed a previous version. and later i installed the .SIS file.
But when I click Garmin Icon in the program list, it splashed the screen and automaticially quit.
    What shall I do?

I installed and used it on my N97 and it works fine. But sometimes when just browsing the map it hangs. I have to manually kill the process to close it. Does anyone have this also? btw I already updated to V50.00.60 and the landscape mode problem is fixed.

I have a Nokia E72 and I had the same problem with map freezing and unexpectedly termination of program. I did the steps suggested here:
    - desabled power save feature of the phone
    - set the map to be 2d with north up (and not 3d)
    - set illumination on display to always

It seems to work now. (15 minutes without crash). I'll try in navigation and I'll let you know
    Regards,

the trouble with me is, I have no chance to set any setting in the program. I just have no access to its user-interface before view the map.

Caty you might know the answer to this one, so I have version 5.00.50 installed on my 5800, I recently noticed that in the flight status features of garmin online menu, I cannot put in the flight number meaning the input menu does not show up. It shows up fine for address and every thing else but only in the garmin online and only in using the flight status by number information.

I hope I explained my question??

Why is that ? On E72 when you start the program after the desclaimer it brings you to the main menu "where" "Map" "tools", etc. What version do you have ?

Tried in navigation few hours, it crashed only 3 times (the program exited); afer starting the program , it resumed from the moment it closed.

No I have no chance to access it. It just refuses to load anything. after splashing a black screen, it just returned to the main menu.
