After a bit of testing this is a fair improvement over the original maps I think, realy cool to have google earth satellite images intergrated into this gps satnav app.

Hi all;
I did install the Map2 application but after opening Maps2 it goes to 90% and then phone restarts. I am using N95.

Can I use navigation without buying the Nokia-map licens??

Installed with no issues on mine, what firmware r u running I have 20.0.015 n95 original. Or it could be an app conflict try close any 3rd party apps u have open and try start again and see if it works then.

The navigation feature still needs to have a licence from nokia in order to work.

Which phone do you use? N95 or N95 8GB.

Try restarting the phone and installing it in the phone memory or memory card.

Also try closing all the apps in the background including music player and the install.
