Here is the Tutorial on how to apply themes
(not how to create themes when i'll be an expert in creating themes i'll post new topic concerning creating them (at least i must know what i'm talking about )

REMEMBER: Your battery must be fully charged before any update/patch

========== TUTO to enable themes on SX1 =================

i made this tutorial using the FW15.

A-first of all copy the Z:\System\data\EidPic.mbm to E:\System\data\EidPic.mbm (create the folders if necessary)

Don't Continue if you skip the above step (Step A) or else your SX1 will not Boot, i repeat your SX1 will not boot

B-Download/unpack the FW15

C-Download the attached file (PowerHEXSetup.rar) unpack and install it

D-Open the SW15 file (07102004-K1_SiemensvA114_signed.exe) configured (i mean click on Serial Config ---> select USB Only ----> USB0)



E-Open the Installed Program (PowerHEX, you can find a shortcut on your Desktop normally)

F-File ----> Open -----> Process


G-Select the "07102004-K1_SiemensvA114_signed.exe" and click on "open Process"


H-Edit ---> Find/Replace, a window will open Select Text from the Drop-Down Box , Check the Unicode Checkbox , and Put "Z:\System\data\EidPic.mbm" in the Search query and click on search



I-on the status bar you'll see "Offset:00010000 Selection ..... Lenght:1 [SEARCHING], wait until the [SEARCHING] disappers


J-look at the middle-right there's a window called "Search Results" normally there's 3 or 4 Results



K-click once on the first one, using your mouse click on "Z" on the selected text



and Type "E" (Shift+E) ,


repeat this step (K) for all the search results

L-Quit PowerHEX (don't need to save since PowerHEX save the changes directly to RAM don't need to save and in fact you cannot save

M-now go to the Winswup Window and click on Start, the Update will begin (Don't interrupt) wait untill the update is done if you have problem updating see this post

N-once the update complete Turn on your mobile (you will see that you have always the old fashion (the colours) is something wrong?? NOOOOOOO it's normal

O-now download the Attache file (cherep_theme.rar) unpack it and copy the included EidPic.mbm to E:\System\data\EidPic.mbm and put the bg.jpg anywhere on your MMC card (E:\bg.jpg for example)

P-goto to Menu -----> Settings -----> Phone ----> Standby Mode ------> Wallpaper, change to "No" then change it back to Yes a file manager will open go and select the bg.jpg file from where you've stored it

Q-Restart your phone, Congratulations , You're DONE!!!!

P.S: if you still can't see the theme just go to Menu ----> System ---> Phone ----> Display ----> Colour Palette and change it untill you'll see the chosen Theme
