I keep trying to connect my phone to the PC n it doesn't work whatever I try... I've got E420. The cable ist't mine, but I checked on samsungmobile.com and its compatible. But whenever I plug it in the USB port it says USB device not recognized... I've downloaded PC studio from the website, then tried other stuff from other websites, then tried the version from the link on this site... nothing works. Dunno what else to do anymore

i would perfer downloading jst modem because pc studio take alot of memory and it take loading and it does transfer which are little different.
i tried to transfer the mp4 video thorough the studio, but it says it is not accepted in it.
then i uninstall it and send it through modem directly to memory card it work perfectly.
