    CHANGING FONTS IN S60 3RD EDITION SYMBIAN OS 9.1

    HERE IS FONT ONE :- ON MY N-80 IT LOOK LIKES

    please install this on u r memory card (SD card) and for removing this font :-
    just delete the fonts folder on e:resource/fonts
    then restart the phone and it will back to the original font
    i have just tried it and it works.

    I WILL UPLOAD MORE FONTS HERE LATER REGARDS!!!

    P.S.well i have tried out this on N-80 ...and it works..... for other phone i didnt tryout !!!

    warning:-do Not Install Fonts On N-91 As It Is Equipped With Hard Drive And Not Mmc!!

    WARNING!!!
    1. Read all before procedure

    SOLUTION!!!
    1. Symbian 9.1 supports and uses TTF and Openfasce TTF fonts!
    2. Make folder on mem card as follows: [mem-card]:Resource/Fonts
    3. Pick TTF font and rename apropriate files as described below
    4. Copy these to newly created folder
    5. You can use any TTF in this purpose
    6. Recomended is usage of hi-quality fonts which support full range of code pages
    7. Original fonts are stored in Z: drive
    8. Fonts:
    nosnr60.ttf = Nokia Sans S60 Regular
    nssb60.ttf = Nokia Sans S60 SemiBold
    nstsb60.ttf = Nokia Sans S60 TitleSmBd S60

    Another one exists but not important:

    S60ZDIGI.ttf = Series 60 ZDigi / this one is just LCD digits 0-9 plus .:,;*?
    9. Reboot phone
    10. Enjoy!!!!!!!

    Lightbulb changing fonts....

    it worked now in my nokia 3250, if you had followed the instructions correctly on the first post by djlipkiss, ill just add if the fonts didnt changed, use a file brower preferably Y-Browser and open the file z:resources/fonts (this is the one you created in the memory card) and open the folder there you would see the fonts, it might be in a new "name" just write this down (the fonts name) and then close the application, return to the first post but now just open the fonts you created in the fonts folder, just changed the the fonts name as what you had seen in the Y-Browser, then insert your memory card and reboot your phone, and im pretty sure it would work now...... tested in my nokia 3250, but i guess any 9.1 OS would worked this way (n70,n73 and others), btw, n91 would be an exemption since it doesnt have a memory card (hard disk built-in) conflict on the memory might happened, if you want to changed your fonts again, just insert the memory card in the memory reader then delete the fonts you had created or copy a new one..... for any fonts, just copy the fonts on your windows word folder in the control panel, make sure it is a .ttf fonts....... enjoy!!!!!

    @ blackbulll, sorry the big fonts on my post, my computer is very slow since im only using a 56k modem,its not my intent to post in big letters, i had mistakenly clicked on the wrong font size, i had edited my post now and removed all the un-necessary sizing.... :-)
