Thread: All you need to know bout c2doom

I think I know which part of Doom you are stuck on.Are you trying to get the red key card?

If you are you need to use the run key (press and hold the copy key) to run and "jump" over the gap to gain access to the key card.

There are two entrances to the main building where the card is located-the main door(do not enter here) and the open window.Walk along the bay on the left of the building,face the window on the right,hold the copy key down(pen),and move forward.This will propel you over the gap into the building where you can access the stairs and the keycard.

hey nesh. i am having some problems with getting these games to work. i have downloaded duke nukem , heretic , quake 2 and half life and none of them work.

I followed your instructions and renames the file i wanted to use as 'doom2.wad' and got the message ' use doom2.wad blah blah blah' i select yes and select single player.

Loading then begins and i get the message 'App. Closed C2Doom'. If it does not happen here i get the same message when i select 'new game' from the game options.

I also got this message 'App. Closed SCUSND'

Am i doing something wrong ???

EDIT : i uninstalled the C2Doom sis file and re-installed it and after the wad file loads and i select single player , when it says loading i get the message ' App. Closed Main '. This happens with all games.

I am using a 7610 and i followed all the instructions.

me too in the menu of half life ... clicking on New Game ----> app closed

I have failed to create a new sis file that includes the wad file. Im not sure why its not working on the 6600 i get a Memory Low error even though in the tutorial the installer was 7Mb and worked fine. I will post it here, please try it and PM me your results including following info:

i tried this on my 6680, it just keeps on saying loading and has a little guy shooting at me. thnx man, hopefully the next update will work on 6680s.

This is what you should get, there should be a loading bar and when its fully loaded you get to play. Just wait.

In 7610

ERROR : No wad files found retry ?

For the 6600 the file will not be installed because the memory phone is 6mb and the file is 5.73mb .

So the messge : memory full will apear in the instalation .
