Thread: changing fonts for 7610 and upper model...

Hey guys some of 7610 owners may not satisfied with the result of the font changing in the device.. there is only a small change can be seen after you change your fonts
not like the result you get in nokia 6600 and ngage
but there is a solution for this problem just follow my steps and you can get the result as seen in nokia 6600
NOTE : this method is only for nokia 7610 and above not for 6600 or ngage users
steps...
1.Find a GDR file that you like download it..
2.make a copy of the gdr file
example:
1.devilA.gdr
2.devilB.gdr
Rename theboth file with this name given below
1.11x12_latin.GDR
2.15x16_latin.GDR

Note:some pc or phone does not support this x symbol so i suggest just copy and paste the name

NOTE: make sure that both gdr file are same fonts

3.transfer both files to your devices mmc (temporary storage)
4.make a new folder named= fonts in C/system/fonts
(create folder using any file explorer)
5.Important part..Copy both gdr file to the fonts folder that you created ..
6.make sure the fonts folder contains 2gdr files
7.and for last step please download the Fontrouter.dll file from the attached file below and copy to the root C/system/fonts
8.Last check make sure the folder contains 3 file
2 gdr file,and fontrouter.dll file
if everything is fine..

Dont wait any more just restart you device and enjoy new fonts on your 7610
might be working on other above models
more tricks will be added...Rest in peace

How to Remove the fonts installed by the method shown above...
I am unable to uninstall as it says that the fonts are already in use...
Please help
