hi! the soulition is:- u cant convert rar to sis. u have to extrarct or unrar the file with software..u can dnload it from here :- winrar.com

you can unpack your .rar file with winrar.After this you need to use the program called siscontents(google it) to pack all your unpacked files in a .sis file.but I don't know whether something like this would be operational on a symbian phone,because a sis file contains an application but a rar file just packs other files
