Sliqer than your average mobile. But will the concept make it into your pocket any time soon?


Samsung’s Ultra Editions have had us pining for size zero gadgets for some time now. However, not content with producing a line of phones that can only be described as achingly thin, Samsung has sent its designers off to come up with something even, well, slicker.
Hence their latest concept, the Sliq. Showcased over at [Only Registered users can see links . Click Here To Register...], the phone has a sexy gloss black finish and a monster LCD screen for you to spy video and check out tunes without having to squint. There’s also a 2-meg camera inside.
It’s an Ultra Edition thin 10mm, but manages to look even classier than Samsung’s current crop. Being a concept, there’s no word on when this will be finding its way into our sweaty palms. We’re keeping everything crossed though, in the hope it’ll make its way to shelves sooner rather than later.
