Trombino V1.2

Trombino is first a french application available in english and written in Python for S60 3rd nokia phones with 240x320 screen.

This applcation shows a facebook of 12 pictures per page for whom you have affected a phone number.

It is like the shortcuts of the keyboard but it is not limited about the number of pictures and especially, it is much more friendly to see the picture of the contact before calling him.

With Nokia contacts you can also add pictures but the phonebook is sometimes too big and it takes a long time before finding the good contact to call.

Trombino is a small and pleasant application that shows you favorite contacts and that you can use very easily if you affect it a shortcut on the main screen.

It has been tested on Nokia N85 and N95.

INSTALLATION
============

-1 - Install the Runtime PythonForS60_1_4_5_3rdEd.sis on the phone

-2 - Copy the unzipped folder Trombino on the phone

-3 - Install the application Trombino on the phone (select the file Trombino.V1.2.EN.sis for english version)

-4 - Optional but more practical : Add in Trombino folder the pictures (in JPG format) of future contacts that you will add in Trombino

Now run the application Trombino.

Select Options/Insert picture to add a picture with its phone number.

If everything is ok, put the application in shortcut on your main screen to make it available at all times

NOTES

- Trombino works with a 240x320 screen in vertical mode only

- This is the file NumTel.txt that drives pictures loaded into the application (if there is only one number, there will be only the picture im1.jpg that will be displayed)
- The 1st line is reserved for comments or parameters (later)
- The following lines contain the phone numbers corresponding to each picture in order:
- Line 2 ==> im1.jpg
- Line 3 ==> im2.jpg
...
- Each number must be entered in a digital format or +33 and digits for the international format (+33 is an example for calling France)
- You can add a comment after each phone number if you prefixed it with a #

- The file imnoire.jpg is the default image displayed to complement the gallery when the page contains less than 12 pictures
- The file masque.jpg is used to draw the contours of the picture (white is displayed, black is hidden), you can change it by putting another drawing (circle, oval, star, etc)

- The pictures displayed in the facebook are in JPEG format in 60x60 pixels (the pictures can also be performed on a PC with paint for example)
