i have the solution to stop your pc from the dreaded bsod with this or any related products in the range from icon. right lets go.

click start/click control panel/now click device manager.
under ports (com& lpt) push + to expand the list.
ok now in this this list you should see

Globe Trotter HSxPA - Diagnostic Interface (com34)

now you see mine above the diagnostic's interface is running on same com port this is causing an issue but not the bsod so lets change the diagnostics interface to another com port (2)

to do this just righ click on diagnostics interface click properties then go into port settings - advanced - in bottom left hand corner theres a slider to change your com port. change it to something thats not in use.click ok but dont exit the window. under port settings change to these values


bits per second - 115200
data bits - 8
parity - none
stop bits - 1
flow control - hardware

now click ok now you need to do the same with application interface right click and go to port settings but do not change the port number your just changing the values in here to the same as above.

bits per second - 115200
data bits - 8
parity - none
stop bits - 1
flow control - hardware

well thats it folks simple fix to a major problem i hope this helps some of you globetrotters.
