hi guys pls help me i cant open my n-gage ,i cant even type the format code coz its keep restarting pls how can i solve this?

switch off the N-GAGE QD remove your mem card then press, hold down the CALLING KEY & * & 3 then press and hold down the POWER KEY till u get a msg FORMATTING.The standard password for Nokia is 12345
