N72 + Holux GPS M1000 problem with Nokia Maps

I am having problems to connect my N72 Nokia Maps to the Bluetooth based Holux GPS receiver.
When i try to connect after authorising the Holux GPS device, it again shows the search bluetooth device screen.
But my friends N73 (OS 9.1 easily paired with the device)
N72 has Nokia Maps 1.1 S60 28, but i think it has a deficient plugin for the Holux GPS receiver.
Please give a solution.
