Hi, i have n73 that does not come with chinese language. Is there anyway to change my language into chinese. I don't want to update the firmware. if there's any other way, please reply my post.

No, there is no way to change your language to Chinese without changing your phone product code and then doing a firmware upgrade.
But if you just want to be able to read Chinese fonts and send SMS is Chinese, there are some applications for it.
